1. Planning of medical projects, formulate medical project scheme and management scheme.
2. Assist the General Manager with the strategic planning of the project, and the development of project management strategy, business objectives, and marketing scheme.
3. Project operation management, establishment and improvement of the hospital system, management models, and management processes.
4. Assist the investment and recruitment of investors for the medical projects both at home and abroad.
5. Establish effective medical communication channel, assist the team to achieve the goals.
6. Establish customer management files and make key account management.
