Responsibilities
1. Conduct market survey and planning work at early stage of the project.
2. Other work assigned by the leader.
Qualifications
1. Junior college or higher education, and age under 40 .
2. Five years experience in real estate planning, has multiple successful large project planning cases, familiar with the project's planning and operational process.
3. Capable of project development, and good strategic thinking.
4. Excellent capability in planning, organization, innovation, management, communication and coordination; and profound cultural accumulation and written skills.
5. Team spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective communication and coordination with customers and project team members.
6. Aggressive, hard working, and ability to work under pressure.
