Shandong International Biotechnology Park Identified as the Provincial Hi-Tech Business Incubator

Recently, Shandong Science and Technology Department issued Reply to the Approval concerning Provincial High-Tech Innovation Service Center and announced the provincial science and technology business incubator recognition list. Two enterprises of Yantai Hi-tech Zone are on the list and BIOasis is one of them. High-tech business incubator is a R&D service carrier to promote commercialization of research findings and cultivate high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs, an important component of the national innovation system, an innovation and entrepreneurship training base and an important part of regional innovation system.

The fact that Shandong International Biotechnology Park was identified as "Provincial High-tech Business Incubator" will further optimize the innovation and entrepreneurial environment of Yantai National High-tech Zone and become an important component of Yantai Hi-tech Zone technology innovation service system. It could effectively promote the local commercialization of research findings and the readjustment of industrial structure and accelerate the cluster, large-scale and international development of local bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry.
