Luye Signed Cooperation Agreement with Korea BOBATH Hospital and Seo Woo Consortium ADI Company

June 16, 2014—Shandong Luye Medical Investment Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Luye Investment Group, signed a cooperation agreement with Bobath Medical Foundation and Seo Woo Consortium to build the first high-end convalescent hospital, which will be put into use in 2015.

Luye will invest 0.2 billion Yuan RMB in the construction of the new hospital. Bobath Medical Foundation and Seo Woo Consortium will provide technical services such as consulting, operation and training, etc. The hospital will have a floor area of 15,000m2 and can accommodate 150 patients. It will provide patients with high quality rehabilitation therapies.

The project gained great support from government offcials and members ofthe public. Secretary of Yantai Hi-tech Zone working committee Liu Hongbo, and Deputy Secretary Liu Laiying, Chairman of Seo Woo Consortium, Director of Bobath Hospital, Chairman of Luye Investment Group Yuan Huixian, General Manager of Shandong Luye Medical Investment Co., Ltd. GuoWenfei participated in the ceremony.
