Shandong International Biotechnology Park is located in Yantai Hi-Tech Zone, covering an area of about 697,333m2. It consists of two major sections, respectively the R&D and living facilities. The R&D section has been put into use and it is planned to accommodate about 300 innovative enterprises and 100 research institutes or professional laboratories. The R&D section provides world-leading, one-stop research environment for overseas returnees with laboratories designed up to international standards. The architectural appearance looks simple and modern, fully conveying the image of high-technology and elegance. The park is designed with the concept of "technology for healthy life" and makes full use of natural resources, in consideration of sustainable development.
Jiaodong Culture Square is the key cultural industry park in Shandong Province and a main project in Yantai City which is located in the middle of Gangcheng East Street, Laishan District, Yantai City, opposite to Yantai Municipal Government.
The gross investment of Wucai Culture Square is about RMB 2.385 billion. The total site area is about 21.84 hectare and the total floor area is 400,000m2. Hereinto, the above-ground floor area is 240,000m2;and the under-ground floor area is 160,000m2.
The project is dedicated in developing a large-scale cultural and commercial complex including urban square, business office, shopping, cultural art, catering, entertainment, tourism, and hotel, etc.
The creative architectural design fully exhibits the unique features of Yantai City, combining seaside elements and native culture, which all reflect the beauty of architecture. Wucai Culture Square has become the landmark architecture of Yantai City with distinct features.
Health City Project integrates all healthy resources of Luye Group to develop a healthy regional environment by combining Medical Treatment and Aged Care, Tourism and Health Maintenance Holiday services. It aims at building a comprehensive and integrative healthy town covering Health Residential Zone, International Healthcare Zone, Health Maintenance Cultural Tourism Zone, Leisure agriculture Experience Zone, and Holiday Zone, etc. At present, there are two projects under planning.
Pula Valley Chateau has an area of about 50 sq.km, which is located in YuanGeZhuang Town, Laishan District, Yantai City. The project is planned to build more than 100 chateaus in South Zone, North Zone and Fengshan Zone. At present, there are 8 chateaus under construction in north zone and 2 chateaus have been finished.
Pula Valley South Zone and North Zone will become comprehensive bases covering vineyard, brewage, nursery stock, tourism, popular science and research, and reception. Pula Valley Fengshan Zone will become a vineyard and tourist resort, integrating wine, hot spring, and health recuperation services.
Each chateau of Pula Valley has unique and creative style which is designed in accordance with the local terrian. The chateaus are designed to meet various demands of catering, accommodation, conference, and commercial activity, etc.
Relax Resort Project aims to make full use of local resources and the group’s advantages. At present, there are two projects under planning, Hot Spring Town and Zhuque Mountain Health Resort.
Hot Spring Town Project is about 55 hectare in area, which is located in Pula Valley, Fengshan Zone, YuanGeZhuang Town, Laishan District, Yantai City. It is a health maintenance resort with hot-spring as the main theme, consisting of hot spring, commerce, aged apartment, holiday villa, western-style houses, etc.
Zhuque Mountain Health Resort is about 4 sq.km in area and is located in YuanGeZhuang Town, Laishan District, Yantai City. It provides many services such as folk-custom experience, resort hotel, hot spring club, vacation villa, specialty catering, green food, skiing experience, health maintenance and aged caring, golf course, outdoor recreation, and supporting facilities.
